Developed the Construction Drawings and oversaw the construction of the 10,000 square foot renovation of a patient wing at Concord Hospital. The project scope entailed the complete demolition of the wing down to the exterior stud framing and steel. Re-insulated the exterior walls from the interior and constructed a 16 bed patient wing with a central nurse station and support services including remote medication rooms and a nutrition room. As part of the construction drawings I created 3D rendered images of the proposed spaces to understand lighting, finishes and site lines for the nurses.
