Worked with the doctors and nurses at the hospital to develop a hybrid OR. This included building a full-size mock-up of the OR to understand how patients were brought in and how the staff moved around in the space. This extra effort of the doctors, nurses, architect, and contractor ensured that all the equipment fit and space worked properly when they opened the new operating room.
